At FPS A Level, we strike a perfect balance between academics and fun. The event calendar is built around the academic calendar to ensure an action-packed year.
This day marks a new beginning as the new A1 students are welcomed to their A level experience. Students are formally and informally introduced to the administration, faculty and the A2s. They also receive the honor of witnessing the gowning ceremony of the student leadership council and enthrall in the unique opportunity to bond, and integrate with the FPS system.
Get ready to put on your dancing shoes and dance the night away! The Welcome Party is an annual event hosted by the A2 students for the incoming A1 students. The themed party is a great opportunity to network and mingle with classmates.
The twisted and thrilling world of Escape to Wonderland is a spectacle that is not to be missed. FPS A Level is the first organization to bring the concept of Escape Rooms to Karachi, Pakistan, and students are left mesmerized by both, the escape room bunkers, and the enchanting wonderland outside. Escape to Wonderland is an evening full of mystery, magic, and memories.
Color, Life and Celebration. The FPS Birthday celebration imbibes the spirit of the FPS family and displays it in the grandest event possible. Students and teachers participate in fun filled activities, games and ceremonies at this joyous occasion.
Some have it in them inherently, yet others are trained to evolve into one. Do you have the passion to be one - the next entrepreneur? Now in its 4th year, FPS Ignite 4.0, is a 3-day entrepreneurship conference, hosted by FPS A Level.It prepares student for their professional careers by giving them exposure and an insight into the corporate and entrepreneurial world. 30 participating delegations are required to pitch a business idea, analyze case studies, shoot a TV commercial, design a print advertisement, and prepare a SWOT analysis for actual clients and sponsors. The event culminates with a grand closing ceremony, usually held at a 4 star hotel, in which the delegations present their company booths and advertisements to their respective clients and sponsors. The social night called “IgNight” is another highlight of the event and is held on the 2nd day.
Clients and sponsors have included McDonalds, Express News, Express Tribune, Hajmola, Food Panda etc.
The beach party is a highlight of the winter break every year. The students look forward to the exciting and fun-filled activities at the beach with their friends.

In lieu of these words, the graduating batch of A2s celebrate their last day at school with a bang! Full of pictures and promises, the students of A level strengthen their bonds with their friends in a fun and exciting way. This day wraps up emotions, apologies, smiles and love in the perfect proportion. A day adding memories to a beautiful journey which none would ever forget.
The end of year Farewell is a black-tie event that culminates an eventful academic year. We say a goodbye to the graduating class by taking a trip through memory lane, evoking nostalgia of the past 2 years. The social night is an event filled with great music, great food, great people and a great time.
An evening marking the end of the two-year journey of the A2s. On this day the students are awarded for their tireless efforts throughout their entire journey with numerous awards and certificates. This evening is the accumulation of the priceless memories of the graduating batch and also commemorates the continuation of their legacies with the announcement of the next year’s SLC nominees. Parents and teachers also witness the passing out of the respective batch and elevate the entire evening with their presence.
At FPS A Level, we encourage students to take on leadership positions and pursue their passions. We help our students develop a holistic profile that depicts success both in and out of the classroom. Extra-curricular involvement is an important factor in university admissions, thus we provide a multitude of avenues for our students to get involved on campus.
The Student Leadership Council comprises of a core team of students who represent the student body and plan and execute various school events. Training sessions are held for the Council throughout the academic year to enhance their leadership skills and coach them on how to become confident, innovative and honest leaders of tomorrow and contribute to society.
The Adventure Club brings together the FPS community for epic times in beautiful places. We camp, we climb, we hike, we dive. And, above all, we enjoy the amazing outdoor opportunities that living in Pakistan and the world afford.
Eagle Vision is the photography and film club on campus. It provides its members with a opportunity to carry out their passion for photography and arts. Members are encouraged to document life at FPS through pictorial representation and also take part in photography competitions.
The public speaking club makes every effort to instill the sense of confidence and leadership amongst students. To achieve this, the club facilitates the participation of its members in various public speaking events and debating competitions hosted by different universities and organizations. It provides its members with public speaking opportunities, a supportive environment, and a venue for developing new friendships. It’s a club devoted to improving each other’s public speaking and leadership potential.
The literary club on campus is responsible for composing newsletters, updating the website, covering all events on campus, as well as composing the much-anticipated annual yearbook. The club strives to hone the skills of its members through practical experience of journalism and through essay writing competitions.
eSports redefines the meaning of athletics and sports on campus by promoting healthy competition in the gaming world.
FPS A level prides itself on its rich heritage of constant and dedicated participation in community and social service activities. Eagle Corps tasks itself with developing empathy and a sense of responsibility amongst the entire collective student body of the institution. Past community service projects have included partnerships with Dar ulSukun, Ida Rieu College for Blind and Deaf, and Save Our Zoo.
It is mandatory for every student to complete minimum of 30 hours of community service during their time at FPS A Level.
Sports is an integral part of Foundation Public School. Inter-house and inter-school tournaments are held annually for which students team together and have healthy competition amongst each other.
Now in its 19th year, the FPS Sports Festival hosted by FPS A Level, is one of the most renowned sports competition in the city. It’s held annually each year in the months of October & November, with over 30 participating schools. The grand opening ceremony marks the commencement of the festival which hosts a wide range of sporting events including football, basketball, throw ball, athletics, and table tennis. The closing ceremony, in which the winning teams and best players are presented with prizes, culminates the festival. The FPS Sports Festival aims to promote healthy competition, gender equality in sports, camaraderie, and lifelong friendships.

FPS A Level puts a significant amount of emphasis and resources on developing the skills of our students. We understand that learning is an ongoing process and we encourage the professional development of our students. From working on campus, to summer internships, there are plenty of ways to earn money, get corporate office exposure, and make a difference at FPS.
As a part of the work on campus program, the AAP, is an opportunity for A’Level students to get involved within the larger FPS community. After a rigorous interview and selection process, candidates are selected to become Teacher’s Assistants (TA) who are given a monthly salary. The TA’s provide after-school academic assistance to students from grade 6 to grade 11 in all subjects as FPS attempts to put an end to tuition culture.
Summer Internship at FPS is an opportunity for the graduates of FPS to intern at the head office and get a professional working experience. During this six to eight-week internship, they work on different projects and assignments, learn the art of planning and get a hands-on experience in both the corporate world and education sector. This internship not only grooms them into confident individuals but also provides them with a broader vision for their career paths.
